Our expert Design Specialist designed a way to apply our smart Jack system to bring peace of mind to the home owner. Now the post and beams responsible for carrying the weight of the home will last under warranty since they are engineered to hold the weight but they are galvanized steel so they won't rust or bend like the old posts and beams. 

Mandy of Bath, NY was having a difficult time shoveling her unlevel concrete driveway. Water pooling in some areas creating a slip hazard and she was not pleased with the way her driveway looked. She came across one of our PolyLevel posts on Facebook and scheduled a free estimate. Our Design Specialist, Joe, took thorough measurements of her driveway and determined exactly what we could do to help her situation. Joe and Mandy agreed that her best option was to install our 3-part concrete protection system. It includes PolyLevel to lift and level as well as fill any voids below the concrete slabs. It also includes NexusPro, our concrete joint sealant to seal any cracks and all control joints to protect the soil from water intrusion. Finally, the concrete is sealed using SealantPro. It's a highly versatile silicone-based, penetrating concrete sealant. Its primary function is to keep moisture, and other chemicals from being absorbed into the concrete, which can cause it to deteriorate, particularly through freeze/thaw cycles. Our expert installation crew, led by Richard, made quick work of fixing and protecting the driveway as well as the concrete walkways on the property. Mandy now has peace of mind that her driveway is repaired and protected, no more trouble shoveling.

Lois has been living in his Caledonia, NY home since 1968.  Since having his inground pool installed in 1978, the concrete pool deck has been slowly sinking and settling causing serious tripping hazards and making it difficult to enjoy the pool area.  Wanting to be able to save the pool and make it more usable, Lois decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be the best options for repairing Lois's damaged concrete pool deck.  

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that will be injected beneath the settled pool deck, raising the concrete back to the proper level and strengthening the soil so the problem will not recur.  What's more, the PolyLevel system is faster and more affordable than total pool deck replacement and is a better option than pool deck resurfacing.  Additionally, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that will fill joints and cracks in the concrete to ensure the concrete is permanently protected from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.  With these two systems in place, Lois can rest assured that his pool deck is permanently stabilized and protected against further damage.
