Mary and Robert of Brockport, NY did not want their foundation wall to cave in. There were horizontal and stair step cracks in his block foundation walls. Design Specialist, Tim, performed a thorough inspection and provided Mary and Robert with some options on the same day of the inspection. They agreed that Carbon Armor straps were a solid choice. There was a problem in this home is Rush, NY. The sill beam had been exposed to water for years causing it to rot away. The home owners began to see the effect on the inside of the home. Cracks formed in the walls and windows in that section of the house were not operating normally. Woodford Brothers was able to temporarily stabilize the house and lift it enough to remove the rotted floor system wood and replace it brand new pressure treated wood. Now the home is back to normal the home owners have peace of mind that it has been fixed properly. 

The foundation on one part of Bob's home had degraded over the years. Constant exposure to the elements made a small problem get bigger. Bob had plans to move out of state but before he made the big move he knew it would be best to make some repairs to preserve the value of his home in Rush, NY. They then pressure washed the wall and applied a coat of surface bonding cement to parget the foundation. When complete the excavated materials were replaced and the finished product is a strong beautiful looking foundation wall. Property value restored.

Lindsay and Gary's home in Spencerport, NY was built in 1905. They have owned the home for 6 years and have been concerned about the stability of the flooring system. We used a concrete spraying process called Shotlock to infill some of the stone walls that were in need. We also encapsulated a section of crawlspace to reduce the air flow, heat loss and to help deter critters from making a home in the crawlspace. The addition of a Sanidry Sedona changed the way the basement smells and feels by maintaining a low humidity and filtering the air. We also installed a supplemental beam with our SmartJack system to stabilize the uneven floors. They are made of galvanized steel and properly sized to hold the load of the home. Now Lindsay and Gary have peace of mind knowing their basement has been repaired. 

A home in Honeoye Falls, NY had some concerning structural issues. Part of the home was leaning and separating from another section of the home.
